A Step into the Future

New Storage Hall Opened

Efficiency Boost through Automation and Modernization

Ceremonial Inauguration of the New Lightweight Hall

BORNIT® is proud to announce the official inauguration of its new lightweight hall. With this expansion, we are strengthening the foundation of our logistics and storage capacities, while also taking another step toward an environmentally friendly future.

Solar Energy as a Step toward Sustainable Power Supply

As part of the completion, a high-performance photovoltaic system has been installed on the roof of the lightweight hall, which is already actively contributing to our energy needs. With a capacity of around 167 kWp, the system reliably supplies the site with solar power, supporting our sustainability goals. This investment enables BORNIT® to cover a significant share of its power demand from renewable energy sources, significantly reducing annual CO₂ emissions.

Automation and Modernization for Maximum Efficiency

The hall's opening also marks the initial steps toward partial automation of our storage and logistics processes. With approximately 1,700 pallet spaces in the new racking system, efficient and flexible storage and handling are ensured, providing the basis for future optimization of logistics workflows. This allows us to respond more quickly to increasing demand and continue to ensure the highest level of delivery reliability.

Focus on Sustainability and Future Security

The opening of the lightweight hall and the accompanying investments in renewable energy reflect our commitment to combining business success with environmental responsibility. By reducing our CO₂ footprint and lowering energy costs in the long term, BORNIT® strengthens its reputation as an environmentally conscious and future-oriented company.
