Krapkowice Celebrates the 41st Street Run with Heart and Speed

On May 1st, 2025, Krapkowice once again became a stronghold of running sports as the 41st Krapkowicki Bieg Uliczny attracted numerous running enthusiasts. In addition to the traditional 10 km main race and competitions for children and youth, special attention was given to the company team relay race.

SKN Team Triumphs in the Company Relay Race

A particular highlight was the impressive victory of the SKN team in the company relay race. With a united team performance over the 5 × 1 km distance, they secured first place. The relay race, also known as "Sztafeta Zakładów Pracy," is a regular feature of the event, promoting not only team spirit but also supporting a charitable cause.

Sporting Commitment for a Good Cause

The participation fees from the relay race are donated each year to a charitable project. In 2025, the proceeds went towards the construction of a well in Malawi, emphasizing the social commitment of the participating companies.

Over the years, the Krapkowicki Bieg Uliczny has become one of the region’s most significant running events. The combination of athletic competition and social engagement makes it a highlight on the calendar for many running enthusiasts.
